Caroline + William bought their first apartment in the West Village on the corner of 9th Street & 6th Avenue. It needed an update and some minor layout changes - a new open kitchen, bathroom, creating a walk-in closet + dressing room in the bedroom, and some new built-in storage millwork units. It is always fun working with clients with their own style. Caroline found some great wallpaper from Flavor Paper in Brooklyn for the bathroom and picked out a 1970s vintage wallpaper for her dressing room. At the time of the renovation, the Waldorf Astoria was being renovated and selling off their fixtures. The contractor sourced a vintage chandelier from the Waldorf for Caroline’s dressing room.
