The building has over 25,000 of retail space, below grade parking, and 44 unique, high-end condos with dedicated outdoor spaces. The residential portion of the building also features a rooftop terrace, amenity terrace, private garden, lounge space, coworking space, and yoga studio. The units range from studios to 4 bedrooms. The scope includes both architecture and interiors.
